Funny Taylor

This kid is growing up so fast! He talks a lot and is starting to crack me up with the funny things he says.  Some examples:

Toffee was badly in need of being groomed.  She was very furry.  We got her hair cut short, and she was about 1/4 her size when she was finished.  Taylor said "is Toffee a CAT now?"

Abby & Taylor were playing with her kitchen in her room, and he pretended to take a drink of water from the cup.  Then he said "I'm still not satisfied!"

Tige was getting Taylor ready for bed, and Taylor pointed to his lamp, which has a burned out light bulb, and was telling Tige it doesn't work.  He said "it's a catastrophe!"

He used to be a monster, but is turning into a sweet boy with lots of personality and lots of loves and kisses for his family.  We love this boy.

Kason in San Diego

Kason got to go to San Diego for spring break with Grandma & Grandpa Hazleton and JaNae & her family.  What a lucky kid.  They went to Seaworld a couple of times, as well as to Legoland, the Mormon Batallion, battleship Midway tour, etc.  Here are some pictures from their trip.

Kason sometimes reads the kids bedtime stories, which they love.  I decided to record some of it one night because it's so cute.

 

 

Taylor has been under the weather a lot lately.  As in, he's pretty much been sick constantly from Thanksgiving until the end of February.  He's had 4 ear infections, including a ruptured ear drum, and needs to have ear tube surgery right away.  Anyway, it's unusual for him to fall asleep during the daytime, but he fell asleep snuggling on the chair with Abby the other day, so we snapped this picture.
