Kids, Teeth, etc.
Taylor is already 4 months, and I can't quite believe it. He'll probably never know what his name is because Kason & I call him Taylor, Tige calls him TJ, and Abby calls him "J". At his 4 month check-up this week, he was 16 lbs and 25 1/2 inches long. He won't take a binki, which is so odd to me because my other 2 have been binki monsters. Abby still has hers even. He is sleeping around 12 straight hours at night, and is content and easy-going, although he seems to always want to be held at dinner prep time. He loves, loves, LOVES sucking on his fingers and hands. I often seeing him trying to shove his whole fist in his mouth. I snapped these pictures last Saturday morning when he was drooling and sucking like crazy. Just a few minutes later, Kason yelled "mom, Taylor has a TOOTH!" I said, "oh, he does not." Yes he does mom--it's hard and white in his mouth. I go look, and sure enough, a tooth. I couldn't believe it. Kason got his first one at exactly 6 months, and Abby was just a few days shy of 6 months. I wasn't expecting teeth from this boy already. Sad, sad, sad since he's biting me a little.
Happy boy.
Thumb sucker
Hand sucker
First tooth
Kason is such a great big brother. Tige snapped this picture as they were just laying on the tramp talking. Kason was pointing out clouds and birds and other things to look at. He often calls Abby "sweetheart" and she is of course his biggest fan.

That is so crazy Taylor has a tooth already. Clara is a fist sucker too. Abby is already bigger than Sarah. She measured 35 in. and 37 lbs this week. She's definitely my tiny one. I love reading your posts. I wish we were closer so we could get together to visit and the kids could play. Hope you are all doing well. Happy Halloween! Love, the Lucas'
Sorry, typo, Sarah is 27 lbs. not 37.
Wow I still cant belive that he is already getting a tooth. You are so lucky that he sleeps 12 hours.
