Knotts Berry Farm

We also went to Knotts Berry Farm while in California.  The whole Taylor clan came.  Tige & Kason spent most of the day together doing the "big" rides while I stayed with the 3 little ones.  It was kind of nightmare trying to hold Zach or have him sleep in the stroller while Taylor and Abby stood in line for rides.  Taylor didn't get the waiting-in-line concept.  It was hot and crowded with lots of large school groups running around.  I made a promise to myself that I wasn't doing an amusement park again until the kids are old enough to stand in line and enjoy the bigger rides.

This was the first ride the kids went on.  The snoopy skateboard in Snoopy kid land.  They stood in line for 90 minutes.  Stupid.  We didn't realize the line wrapped around behind the ride.  But look and their smiles--they loved it.

The race car.  They went a couple of times on it throughout the day and had fun.  Towards the end of the night, there was a Nazi worker that wouldn't let Taylor go without an adult.

Ferris Wheel with Grandma.  I couldn't go on this stuff with Zach, so good thing we had some other helpers.

I told Kason to choose ONE fast ride and I'd go on it with him.  He choose the "Xcelerator."  Here's a picture.  I seriously thought I was going to die.

We left the park about 8:00 p.m. (9:00 Utah time).  We were exhausted.  All 4 kids were asleep within 5 minutes in the car.  I guess that's the sign of a good day.

Yeah waiting in line w kids. No bueno. I don't see me ever doing Disney in the summer for that reason. 90 min waiting w kids is like 2 days.
