California Birthday Bash

We haven't been anywhere in awhile, so we were so excited to get to go to Southern California for my Grandma Taylor's 90's Birthday Celebration.  The boys tried to go see a Dodger game, but after driving 2 hours to the game, they discovered it was sold out.  We also squeezed in trips to Knotts Berry Farm and the beach (Corona del Mar), but seeing Grandma was the highlight.  I also got to see some of my cousins that I haven't seen in more than a decade, so that was great.  I'm going to post pictures from each thing in a separate post.

Here is swimming at the hotel:

Uncle Tige is the BEST!!!  He was the only dad that got in the water and a dozen kids clamored around him for their turn and being flipped or helicoptered!  He's just so fun.  I kept hearing "Uncle Tige, can I be after Paige, who is after Alayna, who is after Kason, who is after Taylor?"  He's such a fun daddy!

Helicopter Abby

Back-flip from Kason

Back-flip from Taylor, who would go under the water and Tige would help pull him back up.  He's come up choking, but smiling and wanted to do it again and again!

The kids in line waiting for their turn with Uncle Tige!

Abby and Taylor were so funny while they slept.  They were on a pull-out couch and every time I looked at them, they were sleeping in identical positions.
