5 days oldIt seems hard to believe that it's been a week since I was in the hospital having a baby. We've had a great week with what could be the world's best baby! She eats like a pro--she latched right on the very first time and hasn't given me any trouble. She sleeps all the time and when she's awake, she doesn't cry. Even her wake-up-at-night-to-feed-me cry is minimal. She's been sleeping 5 hour stretches at night. Anyway, we are just loving her! She's so fun to dress up too.
I'm starting to feel a little better and am getting up and down a little easier now. Hopefully another week of pampering and I'll be good as new.

A sentimental and sappy "Ooooooh" She is just so cute! Don't you think it's easier the second time? I thought it was, so much more relaxed and enjoyable then the first time. Especially breast feeding. Reaching far, far, far back in my memory, I don't think she looks like Kason when he was born? What do you think?
I can't wait to hold her, kiss her, and love her. You can tend Kason, and I'll tend Abby this week...
