Labor Day Fun

We had a fun labor day weekend. We went up to my parents cabin with my brother Clark and his family. We rode up the ski lifts at Brian Head, which Kason thought was great because "he was like a bird" up in the air. Tige & Clark went on a 30 mile bike ride from the top of Brian Head down to Panguitch Lake. They went zooming fast, had a blast, and I was relieved to see them in one piece--as Clark is notorious for his crazy bike rides. We roasted marshmallows and played games. We also got to visit with Tige's grandparents and his cousin who were on vacation at Brian Head.

Everyone went to Mammoth Caves (except me, who got to lay around at the cabin in the quiet. Ahhh). Tige and my dad took Kason and Brock into the cave, complete with spelunking headlamps. On the way home, we took the "scenic" route through Zion National Park and stopped for a hike and dinner.

Tige & Clark all geared up

Not bad for a 4 year old.

I'll say Kason did a good job. I wish I could go do lots of out-doorsy things like you guy. It looks like lots of fun.

how nice to just sit and relax while everyone took the kids away! I've been to Mammoth caves, I'm sure you wouldnt have had fun with your pregnant belly.

Wow looks like you guys are still fitting in lots of fun and excitement. I am impressed with Kason's soccer skills- we couldn't get Griff to go near the ball-let alone score a goal- he was too busy daydreaming.
