preparing for an Ironman

Excitement is in the air (so is nervousness). The Ironman is here. Tige is acting like a kid at Christmastime. For memory's sake, here is his raceday packing list:
For swim:
timing device, ear plugs, wetsuit, flip flops, glide, silicone spray, goggles, tri top, tri shorts, IM swim cap, 2nd swim cap, gel, scrub pants, gatorade, bike pump
Swim to Bike Transition Bag:
bib # and pins, bike shorts, bike socks, bike shoes, helmet, sunglasses, gloves, towel, HR monitor, Garmin watch, EFS flask, Snicker marathon bar, 1 bottle carbo rocket, 1 bottle water, 12 salt pills, 12 enduralites, 2 tums, 5 hour energy, picky bar, 4 tic tac containers for pills
Bike Special Needs Bag:
2 extra tubes, CO 2 cartridge, carbo rocket in mentos container, 14 salt pills, 12 enduralites, 2 tums, advil, picky bar, EFS flask, mini gatorade, prerace pill, 3 tic tac containers for pills
Bike to Run Transitoin Bag:
bib # and pins, K swiss shoes, compression socks, running socks, mini glide, extra garmin watch, running hat, fuel belt with CR powder in containers, EFS flask, 8 salt pills, 8 enduralites, 2 tums
Run Special Needs Bag:
white shoes, running socks, 6 salt pills, 6 enduralites,, 2 tums, extra shorts
