Who makes Creme Brulee? Well, apparently my husband does. Yesterday after work he came home with 4 ramekins, a blow torch, and an announcement that he was going to make creme brulee. Huh? My husband doesn't cook or bake. He occasionally empties the dishwasher. Anyway, this morning he set out to make creme brulee. Apparently he watched a how-to video on the internet. He starting adding ingredients and speaking to me in a french accent, asking things like "do we have a whisk?" He was so funny. Anyway, after lunch today, he torched our creme brulee's. They were delicious, and I was impressed. I told him he'd better be watching more "how-to" videos and coming up with more great stuff!

Good job Tige. I ate some of the best creme brulee I ever had: in Chile. I have wanted to try to make some ever since I came home but i don't have a blow torch. send me the recipe and I will try it, too.
